Get Bigger Muscles With The Help Of Proteins

By Johan Oosthuizen On July 6, 2010 No Comments

Thanks for visting us again. I really would appreciate your thoughts on our blog posts, why not comment or subscribe to our free musclebuilding course at the top of this page?

Bigger muscles and great looking abs are the dream of every man. It won’t be easy to get awesome looking muscles. You will have to exercise a lot, eat healthy food and even lose weight. But there is dirty little secret behind all those big bulging muscles you see on frequent gym goers. They all take proteins to help speed up the results they get.

Before going and buying the latest wonder protein shake or bar I must warn you. If you are fat you first have to lose weight. The good news is that quick weight loss can be achieved by going on a high protein diet. But you can’t gorge yourself with proteins because proteins contain calories also. If you eat too many proteins you will get fatter in fact.

Proteins are used by your body to build muscles. Proteins are the material your body uses to build your muscles and make them bigger. When you go to the gym and do weight lifting exercises your muscle fibers get broken and your body needs proteins to fix your muscles. The more intense your workout is the more tear and wear your muscles suffer, the more protein your muscles need to get repaired.

Once your body starts repairing your muscles it doesn’t just repair them. Your body realizes that it must avoid repairing our muscles all the time, so it decides to strengthen your muscles, increasing the size and strength of your muscles. This is great news because you will get the much desired great looking muscles.

To maximize the effectiveness of your protein shake you should drink it right after your workout. But if you are also trying to lose weight a good idea is to wait at least 30 minutes after the workout if over to take your portion of proteins. This makes it so you burn more fat after each workout.

You should know that if you go to the gym but you don’t do any exhausting exercises, you are better off by skipping taking your protein dose after the workout is over. You should only eat proteins after an exhausting exercise routine. After a light workout for weight maintenance or for warming up eat a salad. Your body will benefit more from it.

This is all the basic info you need to know to start building muscles today. Just pick a good healthy protein source and go hit the gym.

ProArgi 9 Plus is a unique supplement with great taste , enduring health benefits, and impressive livelihood for the cardiovascular system. With ProArgi-9 Plus , you’re giving your body the support requisite for a long, healthy life.

ProArgi 9 was concocted in collaboration with leading l arginine researchers such as Dr. Prendergast , author of ‘The Uncommon Doctor:Dr Joe’s Rx for managing your health’ and other cardiovascular experts who have conducted ground-breaking research in the correct screening of L-Arginine in promoting cardiovascular health . These experts have helped establish most effective L-Arginine product in the world .

The singular properties of l arginine were solidified by the 1998 Nobel Prize in Medicine, and have since stirred a peak of interest in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical fields.

The consequence of more than thirty years of research by Nobel Prize winner Dr. Louis J. Ignarro, author of ‘NO More Heart Disease’, shows how you can “prevent cardiovascular disease and help reverse it – without prescription drugs”, by utilizing L-Arginine.

The nitric oxide derived from l arginine is directly or indirectly applied in virtually every cellular chemical reaction and health condition imaginable, from the cardiovascular system to the immune system, and hormone function to nerve function. Although an exhaustive list of possible applications for the amino acid is not shown , the following are the key, scientifically backed reasons that anyone – even healthy people – should intend adding L- arginine to their daily routine .

  • It is one thousand times more potent than any naturally occurring antioxidant in the body. L-Arginine`s antioxidant properties support diverse body system and can protect against heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes, as well as decelerating premature aging.
  • It offers wide-ranging cardiovascular support, including controlling blood pressure and plaque formation. Nitric oxide keeps arteries relaxed and pliable for normal blood pressure, preventing hypertension and angina.
  • It enhances memory, in particular long-run memory, and may help to reverse the effects of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
  • It boosts human growth hormone (HGH) production, which has anti-aging properties.
  • It enhances communicating of messenger cells between nerves and the psyche.
  • It may help ameliorate immune function and fight bacteria .
  • It may help in the treatment and prevention of diabetes since many disease complications, including poor circulation and blindness, are vascular in nature. L-Arginine is also found to regulate insulin secretion in the pancreas.
  • It may inhibit the region and proliferation of cancer cells.
  • It helps with high cholesterol control by minimizing serum and LDL cholesterol levels.
  • It enhances male sexual performance by treating vascular erectile dysfunction (ED).
  • Its anticoagulant properties reduces coagulation and lower heart attack- and stroke risk.
  • It reduces pregnancy-related hypertension, a risk factor for both the expecting mother and the unborn infant .
  • It is useful in the application of asthma by opening pulmonary pathways for easier breathing and the treatment of lung disorders.
  • It relaxes hypertonic sphincter muscles, preventing and healing hemorrhoids.
  • It boosts lean muscle mass and preserves bone denseness by encouraging HGH production, which also leads to a reduction in fatty tissue. Because of these properties, it may be useful in weight management and strength training.
  • It can help offset cardiovascular and lung damage caused by tobacco use, since nitric oxide levels in smokers are less than half of those found in non-smokers.
  • It helps to accelerate wound healing and post surgery recovery. Research has validated it is useful in treating burn injuries and stimulates wound healing in the elderly.
  • It may be useful in enhancing athletic performance thanks to its power to enhance exercise margin, its beneficial effect on the lungs, and its effect on HGH levels which helps with building lean muscle tissue.
  • It may be used to improve the function of the prostate.
  • It may prevent and possibly reverse the effects of osteoporosis by positively affecting bone mass.
  • It has been used in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and to reduce/eliminate the occurrence of ulcers – especially stress- related – without affecting gastric acid production.
  • It may improve renal function and slow the procession of renal disease and age-related chronic renal failure. L-Arginine`s caring effect on the kidneys may also benefit those with diabetes.

The following claims have been approved by FDA (Food and Drug Administration in the USA) and FTC (Federal Trade Commission in USA) and is related to L-arginine patent # 6,608,109.

I must say that the more I get to know about Mike Westerdale, the more I like what I see. I like his no-hype way of approaching people on the Internet, no show off or anything of that. His website is packed with fantastic information such as the following. I will quote it exactly as I have received the message. This is a very good resource to use when you want to know more about certain supplements etc.

” Okay this is a huge page.  Scroll down to the bottom of it and you’ll find I added a Supplement & Ingredient Review Guide.

http://www.criticalbench.com/supplements.htm

You can click on any supplement name or ingredient and read about it.  Comes in handy if you’re researching what supplements you’re interested in trying out.

Each page also shows the “best rated” or “most popular” brands.

It took me a couple months to set this up, so I hope you enjoy it.
